On your own or with the help of a guide, Bar-sur-Aube will hold no secrets for you. <\/p>\n<p>In July and August, the palm circuit is transformed into a gourmet tour. In 1814, the village was burnt down by the Prussians during Napoleon&#8217;s French campaign. The village was completely destroyed and its inhabitants decimated. Since 1815, the village has risen from the ashes, and even today, a handful of passionate locals continue to pamper their heritage to perpetuate its memory and enhance its value.   <\/p>\n<p>Today, Ailleville is a village with an architecture worth seeing, with a homogeneity rare in our French towns and villages. Closed only since 2016, the know-how is perpetuated through an eco-museum.
