The BO M company, headquartered at 78 Avenue g\u00e9n\u00e9rale De Gaulle 71160 Digoin, SARL with capital of \u20ac20,000, SIREN No. 804 033 421 R.C.S. M\u00e2con, is organizing a free, no-obligation contest entitled “Mes plus belles photos insolites” (“My most beautiful unusual photos”). Entries close on November 13, 2025. Votes open from 01\/01\/2026 to 01\/03\/2026. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Article 2: Announcement of the competition<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The competition is free and no purchase is necessary. It will be announced by e-mail to customers, as well as on the Slowmoov Villages Facebook page and other social networks. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Article 3: How to enter the competition<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThis competition is open to all natural persons of legal age, residing in France or abroad, with the exception of BO M staff and their families (same name, same address). Winners will be notified personally either by e-mail or by telephone from March 15, 2025, and will receive their prize confirmation by e-mail.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Participation in this competition implies unreserved acceptance of the complete rules, which the participant declares to have read. These rules are available on request from BO M 78 Avenue g\u00e9n\u00e9rale De Gaulle 71160 Digoin. Any attempt to cheat detected (false shares, etc.) will result in the immediate resetting of votes on the photo concerned.
In the event of any faking discovered at the time of checking for the final draw, the participant will be automatically disqualified. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Article 7: Modification of the game conditions<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Participants are deemed to accept all the terms of these rules. This game is governed by French law. Any disputes to which it may give rise, in particular concerning its validity, interpretation or execution, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the M\u00e2con Tribunal de Grande Instance. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
